B6 vitamin is actives in building muscle tissue, contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, improves the condition of skin and mucus, contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. *CLA — Conjugated linoleic acid is a naturally occurring omega-6 fatty acid that is extremely important for daily health. Linofit capsules are a practical source of omega-6, free from animal based raw materials, from safflower oil 54%.

Recommended daily dosage: Take 2 capsules Linofit three times daily before meals with some liquid. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
